Hannah Horner | LCPC, ATR-BC
Hi, my name is Hannah Horner! (She/Her)

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Board-Certified Art Therapist. I offer a warm and inviting space for those who feel stuck and want change - whether in life, a situation, their thoughts, or their emotions.

Who do I work with?

I support individuals navigating trauma, grief, OCD, anxiety, eating-related challenges, and complex family dynamics, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s needs. I’ve worked across multiple levels of care, including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Residential, and Inpatient Psychiatry. I have experience supporting foster youth, survivors of sexual assault, individuals in hospice care, and those who are bereaved. I bring a strong intersectional lens to my work and strive to create an inclusive, trauma-informed space for healing.

What approaches do I utilize?

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. Together, we’ll explore emotions - even the ones you feel you “don’t have time for” - and identify practical steps you can take between sessions to start moving forward. I offer weekly individual sessions for both short- and long-term clients, whether that’s starting Exposure and Response Prevention, doing a therapy “tune-up,” or continuing mental health “maintenance”.
