Natalie Sprovieri | MA, LPC, ADHD-CCSP
Hi, my name is Natalie Sprovieri! (She/Her)

I graduated from Northwestern University in 2022 with my Masters of Arts in Counseling degree. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and in the process of sitting for my full licensure to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I am additionally certified as an ADHD Clinical Service provider (ADHD-CCSP). Prior to beginning my career in private practice, I worked in inpatient services for mood, anxiety, and trauma units as well as a specialized binge eating disorder program. I conducted my clinical internship in both community mental health and private practice settings. I am currently exploring continuing education in somatic practices to create a variety of options to serve my clients in building their mind body connection.

Who do I work with?

I specialize in providing care to individuals 15+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, perfectionism, life transitions, and ADHD; however, I also love working with individuals who work in creative jobs, high performing athletes, folks diagnosed with chronic illnesses, and folks with a background of disordered eating. Additionally, I am committed to serving clients of diverse backgrounds and individuals who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I consistently seek to provide a safe and affirming space for my clients to grow and explore.

What approaches do I utilize?

The base of my training is in psychodynamic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) however, I consider myself an integrative therapist. I use a variety of frameworks and have experience using DBT, CBT, Somatics, IFS, Health at Every Size principles and some Art Therapy principles to tailor my sessions to my client’s individual needs. There is no cookie cutter standard for therapy, and I am here to co-create what that looks like for those I serve. Most importantly, I am passionate about practicing relational style therapy. There is power in showing up human and providing people with a safe space to feel seen, respected, and supported. Through a healthy dose of humor, my goal is to walk your emotional journey at your pace and support your inner knowing as you take a new direction on life and healing. In my spare time I am a hobbyist who enjoys crocheting, dancing, coloring, and whatever side quests in-between. I love doing yoga and drinking coffee and spending time laughing with people I love. If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading about me, and I’m so glad you’re here!
